These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The AI Shortcut, a digital product offered by PIXEL ECOM LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

The AI Shortcut is a digital product consisting of downloadable PDF prompt guides. No physical goods are shipped. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to download your files.

2. License & Usage

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or business use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or claim authorship of the materials.
• You may not upload the materials to any public website, file-sharing service, or marketplace.

3. Pricing & Payment

• One-time purchase: $9.99 for The AI Shortcut (includes all core files and bonuses)
• Optional subscription: $1/month for the Monthly Prompt Club (new prompts delivered monthly)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Subscriptions

The $1/month subscription can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for subscriptions.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time purchase. If you're not satisfied, email support@strategicworkflow.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with The AI Shortcut are owned by PIXEL ECOM LLC. Purchasing the product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the personal use license described above.

7. Limitation of Liability

The AI Shortcut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts or guides. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIXEL ECOM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Disclaimer

The AI Shortcut provides informational and educational content only. Results may vary based on your inputs, industry, and use of AI tools. We make no guarantees of income, savings, or specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any changes.
